Exchange/Credit Policy:
Please notify us via email within 5 days of receipt of merchandise if you would like to return your necklace for exchange or site credit (we hope not!).
If exchanging, please include the desired necklace for exchange in your email.
All necklaces must be in unworn, salable condition, encased in their original presentation and shipping box. Once the item is received we will process the exchange or site credit.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping. Customer pays for cost of return shipping.
Please send your package via a traceable method and obtain a tracking number.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note: We will not accept for exchange or credit any necklace that is sent out without original presentation and shipping box and not in salable condition.
Haute Collier is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Standard shipping is via FedEx ground from Los Angeles, CA
We cannot deliver to PO boxes At this time
We do not ship to US territories, Canada, Mexico, or overseas
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays Orders require two business days to process prior to shipping. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.

All packages are shipped with an indirect signature for security reasons
Orders may be expedited using FedEx Express (3 day), FedEx 2 day, or Overnight. Please note: For expedited delivery, orders must be received no later than noon PST to ensure same day shipping. We cannot guarantee any expedited delivery.
