If exchanging, please include the desired necklace for exchange in your email.
All necklaces must be in unworn, salable condition, encased in their original presentation and shipping box. Once the item is received we will process the exchange or site credit.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping. Customer pays for cost of return shipping.
Please send your package via a traceable method and obtain a tracking number.
