Can I order a custom necklace?

Yes! Haute Collier will be happy to create a custom piece within our design sensibility just for you. Email us your color preference(s), desired length, metal color with matte or gloss finish and let Lynn do her magic! Lynn will work with you throughout the design process selecting the perfect gemstones for the creation of your custom Haute Collier. Please note: Once a direction is determined, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This fee will be applied to the final invoice of the custom piece.

Custom prices start at $1500.
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks.
Custom pieces are Final Sale.

What shipping options are available?

We use FedEx ground, FedEx home delivery, FedEx 2 day, or overnight deliveries. Expedited delivery requires receipt of order no later than NOON PST. We cannot guarantee timely delivery of expedited orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States

Some of your necklaces are quite large, are they heavy?

It depends on the necklace. Some gemstones weigh more than others. If you have question regarding a particular necklace, please email us for more detailed information.

How can I make an exchange?

If you would like to exchange your necklace within 5 days of receipt, simply email us at info@hautecollier.com with the reason for exchange and the necklace you would like to exchange it for.

Who pays for shipping?

Customer pays for shipping. Customer pays for return shipping for exchange. Haute Collier is responsible for shipping exchanged piece back to customer. Ground delivery only.
